Who do we call a beginner level learner?

A learner is called beginner level, when he/she understands the language but fails to speak his ideas, has a very less idea of grammar. Hesitation is much, while speaking and is very under confident of his speaking skills.

General Information

The assessment of an individual’s level is taken at the time of counseling a student, in which some interaction takes place between a student and the counselor/teacher.

Following to that, an individual’s level is defined, and then a trainer/teacher is allotted who is well equipped to fulfill the learner’s requirements.
Other Levels are: Foundation, Intermediate, and Advance (refer to these)
